On the tenth anniversary of their first release, Art vs Science – aka Dan Mac, Dan W and Jim Finn – are excited to share details of a tour, limited edition vinyl and remastered version of the Art vs Science EP.
The achievements over the past decade for this fiercely independent band are notable: two albums, three EPs, four consecutive years in the Hottest 100 (including a #2 spot for ‘Parlez-Vous Francais?’ and #9 for ‘Magic Fountain’), multiple gold and platinum accreditations, and a #2 ARIA chart debut and ARIA Award for their debut album The Experiment. The band have dominated festival line-ups, playing almost every major festival multiple times (including an unprecedented three consecutive Splendours) and sold out numerous laps around the country.
The band were keen to return to their roots and play a series of ‘sweaty club shows’ (band demand) around the country. The limited edition 10 inch vinyl and remastered Art vs Science EP will be released on 18 October and are available for pre-order HERE.
Art vs Science are also headlining Beerfest, a series of craft beer festivals held across the country this summer, and playing at Japan’s Snow Machine along with Peking Duk, What So Not and Client Liaison.
