Last down under in 2019, Apashe will return as one of the most in-demand DJs of the moment, bringing the hauntingly beautiful sounds of orchestral electronic music to life on stages across Australia.
Releasing his latest project Antagonist in late 2023 which EDM.com hailed “an awe-inspiring show of his groundbreaking sound“, the album has cemented Apashe as a creator truly defining his own space in the electronic music scene. Taking three years to perfect, the project followed on from debut album Renaissance where the producer blended sounds of the Bulgarian Symphony Orchestra and a children’s choir into the album to flawlessly create a sound lesser known in traditional EDM. Antagonist saw Apashe enlist the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra to bring his compositions to life and quickly reminding EDM lovers that Apashe’s music is worth waiting for with the project completely blowing fans and critics away.
Apashe recently dropped the documentary Antaongist – The Album That Made Me Lose All My Friends satirically showcasing the creation process and his expertly fine-tuned attention to detail – watch the incredible music-making process HERE.
Taking the Antagonist project on the road, Apashe recently wrapped up a 29-date North American tour complete with his live eight-piece brass orchestra. Rounding out the year with impressive festival sets across Europe, with even more shows across multiple continents ahead this year – Apashe is kicking off 2024 in high demand!
