PigSty In July, the slightly rebellious sister event to the famed Gum Ball Music Festival has announced the list of 10 exceptional artists who will perform on Saturday the 5th July, at ‘Dashville’, the same pristine venue as The Gum Ball, located at Belford in the Hunter Valley.
The one day affair is raising the energy levels with this year’s event, introducing a number of high energy emerging artists to the Dashville arena, including soul funk Sydneysiders Gang of Brothers, pysch rockers The Walking Who, party duo The Stiffys, and neo soul 7 piece Beaten Bodies.
Placed alongside a few of Gum Balls most popular previous performers, including King Of The North, Mojo Juju, Steve Smyth, Wolf And Cub, Matt Southon and the Dashville Progress Society.
One space has been left for a local band competition to happen via Facebook in coming weeks.
Pigsty in July with its rocking line up is touted as a day of luxurious indulgence, focusing on warm winter foods and an array of specially selected boutique beers, local wine and naughty cocktails. Surrounded by the warmth of food, friends, open fires and a bunch of great bands, the idyllic exclusive atmosphere of PigSty is the perfect escape from the winter flats.
The boutique event which features a ‘2nd hand formal’ dress code, was held last year at Dashville as part of the biennial Singleton Arts Festival and by popular demand is back bigger and better for its second year at the site.
Capacity of this event is limited to 500, it is intended to sell out, so grab your tickets early to avoid missing out.
Tickets are $40 via the website pigstyinjuly.com.au
