Ten tracks, ten vignettes. Ten moments of insight into the wild and wonderful brain of Jack McEwan and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets. First teased in October with the release of single ‘Dilemma Us From Evil’, the long-awaited new album from the West Coast psych-fuzz lords is finally here – welcome to FRONZOLI.
It feels like it has been years since Psychedelic Porn Crumpets last dropped a project, namely because their history of releasing music has been dictated by quickfire releases, wasting no time in stoking the fire each of their previous five albums lit. In actual fact however, it’s only been a year since fans were last served up a dose of Psychedelic Porn Crumpets gold, 2022’s NIGHT GNOMES repositioning the band has an Australian success story to be told.
With album Number Six, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets re-enter the atmosphere in fine form – FRONZOLI arriving at the perfect time for Australian fans, just ahead of the band’s upcoming summer tour with Royal Blood. This weekend, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets will launch FRONZOLI at Badlands in Perth, before prepping for a summer on the road with Royal Blood, as well as an appearance at the Let The Good Times Roll Festival on the NSW Central Coast.
