Conveniently timed to start just after your morning caffeine fix, from 10am daily you can join some of the greatest forward thinkers from near and far as they debate, discuss and get downright philosophical on yo’ ass, pondering a whole host of pressing and relevant issues.

Dive into a musical melting pot of incredible artists and inspired genres from all corners of the globe at the World Stage, including Dustin Thomas (USA), Paul George (Tijuana Cartel), The Bombay Royale, Luka Lesson, Wild Marmalade and many more. #namaste the day away and treat yourself to a massage, a tarot card reading or do a yoga class. When you’re all limbered up be sure to check out some conscious theatre, circus performances or say hi to our Tibetan monk mates.
Are bad ass babies and young punks cramping your style? Bring them to Splendour with you! LITTLE SPLENDOUR is a world of wonder for the next generation of music lovers with loads to keep both little and big kids busy! And when it’s time to put those little terrors to bed they can sleep soundly in The Meadow, our family friendly campground. Parents with babies will love LITTLE SPLENDOUR’s tipi area with its huge sandpit, music garden, story telling, jumping castle and super cool art and craft zone while bigger kids can get into sports and games, face painting, giant board games and more. There’s also loads of stuff for all ages to try including arts, craft, music, dance, active workshops and Indigenous performance. Kids. Are. Sorted.

It ain’t just glitter and good vibes taking over North Byron Parklands. Oh no. SPLENDOUR ARTS returns in 2017 with a whole suite of fresh new artworks to be discovered. A crew of top notch international and Australian artists are set to transform the site into a contemporary outdoor art space, with performance, live art, installation, projection and more. Remember our Amish mates? They’ve moved on to even greener pastures and have made way for our newest residents. Be sure to drop by The Barn to find out who!
Hunt down some serious #FOODPORN at one of three food halls around the fest or The Truck Stop featuring the tastiest tucker from all your favourite food trucks. And quench your thirst at a bunch of different bars, from the MOËT CHAMPAGNE BAR, MO’ROCKIN WINE BAR, CARLTON DRY BAR and the ever popular SMIRNOFF COCKTAIL BAR with a different party each night!
The best bit? This year we’ve scrapped the token system and have joined forces with Visa to bring you Visa payWave at all bars! That means less time waiting in lines. Yay for that!

We’ve made some changes and improvements to our onsite traffic management to ensure it’s a smooth experience for everyone so if you’re being dropped off at the festival each day, please be sure to use the drop off points inside the venue only. Tweed Valley Way and the Pacific Highway are ‘no-go’ zones, please be safe and stay off busy roads.
