Acclaimed for its empathy, alt rock flavours and pop punk sparkle, is this what i look like? gifts seven tracks of pure, unbridled Yours Truly brilliance. From the sharper edges of ‘Hallucinate’, featuring Yours Truly hero Josh Franceschi of You Me At Six, to bouncy melodics on ‘Careless Kind’ and driving anthemics on ‘Lights On’, is this what i look like? showcases Yours Truly’s precision and versatility alongside a dedication to authenticity.
With appearances in 2022 alone at UNIFY and Slam Dunk Festival, as well as an American tour with I Prevail, Pierce The Veil and Fit For A King and three acoustic shows in Australia back in August, it’s fitting that Yours Truly are closing out 2022 live onstage with an extensive national tour, offering fans and the band a chance to celebrate is this what i look like? all around the country.
Of the upcoming tour, Yours Truly vocalist Mikaila Delgado shares: “We’re so excited to be playing is this what i look like? in Australia after such a hectic and full year. It will be so great to finish up at home and put on the best ever shows YT has ever done. We’ll see you there!”.
Hailing from Auckland and currently based in Melbourne, modern heavy mavericks Banks Arcade blend a razor-sharp aesthetic with elements of hard rock, electro and metalcore. Armed their recent debut album Future Lovers releasing in 2022, the band have been sharing their electrifying live show alongside In Hearts Wake and RedHook.
Scoring love on triple j earlier this year for her moody bedroom popper ‘Clueless in Suburbia’ as well as recently joining Eliza & The Delusionals on their national album tour, Sydney-based Yen Strange is no stranger to life on the road, and her fan-favourite emo-meets-pop stylings are guaranteed to grasp you in a live setting.
